There are a few days with no photos in the build up to our Yukon River expedition, so here’s another photo ‘on this day’ in June from Qaanaaq. Overcast days really are to be cherished when the light plays with the ice.
But… thinking of canoes and paddling…
I’ve paddled a fair bit in Denmark, too. Although one has to create one’s own excitement as the Danish rivers can be a little tame. ;-)

I've done that same 'bouncing thing' in a canoe . . at Boy Scout camp, on a dare! 😀
